Zacatecas, Mexico

I (we the family) made it to Mexico and survived. I am now a semi-horrible driver in Mexico like the rest of the people. We decided to rent a very small car for six people so we didn´t have to be stranded in one place. We have been up and down the state of Zacatecas. Swerving in out of cars in cities I have never been to and without a map.
So far we have been to Tabasco, went to Valparaiso to visit family, have been to Plateros, going to Zacatecas and Jerez, and more to come.
Will have photos when I make it to my real casa.
Hasta Luego.

Freedom

After being held captive for almost a week Victory Fireworks has finally decided to release us.  We still don't know what is going on, but we are coping with eleven hour work days instead of sixteen hour work days.We will gradually be rehabilitated to eight hour work days until we get cut on Saturday when it will be the last day of work.  Sad.

This new experience has shown me the craziness of people.  I know I continue repeating myself, but it is difficult not to ponder the weirdness of people.  The most I saw someone spend on fireworks...close to $7300.  People love this shit!

I don't know where to begin.  Costumers were coming in early morning and late evenings.  The store was open from eight until midnight, except for the day before the fourth, then it was open until one in the morning.  Just plain crazy.

This whole time I was incommunicado since there was no Internet access and didn't have much time to eat let alone call someone.  Hopefully I have more to report later.
